A sixty-year record snowfall (Feb. 9-13) put Montenegro in a state of emergency. The Church donated a significant amount to provide relief in the form of food, hygiene and other supplies deemed necessary by the Red Cross to give aid to those most affected and least able to help themselves during this emergency.
